Visual Inspection
Check for cracked welds or elongated holes. Verify Inner Boom End Plate torque is 90 FT-LBS with red threadlocker.

Mounting & Retention
Fully seat forks. Secure both Retaining Pins behind heels AND wrap the Safety Chain around the carriage (angle < 45°).

Capacity Verification
Note: Structural capacity at Pos 9 (144") is 2,100 lbs. Always scan QR for the Load Calculator to de-rate host machine.

Lifting Protocol
Vertical Lifting Only. Watch for Pinch Points. Maintain 10' fall zone and disable carriage tilt/side-shift.
