OPERATION
Set Both Pins
Set BOTH extension pins to the marked setting before lifting (mid-hole and inner-arrow marks). A tip rating only applies at its pinned extension.
Pick Your Lift Point
Lugs are rated with the boom FULLY RETRACTED only. The tip shackle is rated by pin position. Every rating requires the boom LEVEL.
Capacity Verification
Structural limits run 10,000 lb at the rear lug down to 2,000 lb at full 16 ft reach. That is the boom's strength, not your machine's safe load. Your machine is usually the lower limit, so use the Load Calculator to get the safe load for your forklift.
Secure & Lift
Confirm the attachment is secured to the carriage and the load is rigged at the marked point. Capacity is the LOWER of this boom's chart or your machine's capacity chart. Never exceed the host machine chart.
